to meet the challenge of setting up the World’s first Soft Skills Research Centre.
The primary role of the research assistant is to conduct research in the field of soft skills and
its applications in the workplace.
The candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of :
● The Mauritian Economy
● Various online survey tools
● Local, regional and funding agencies : The TVET sector, Various Government agencies
such as the EDB, MQA, HRDC, TEC, SME Mauritius Ltd, MRC, International agencies
such as World Bank, UNESCO, ILO, SADC, COMESA, ADB, AFD, WEF
A degree in social science from a recognized university
