Finance and Accounting Position

ABZ Group is an innovative company based in Grand Baie, Mauritius that is involved in providing online services for a variety of markets including Travel, IT Solutions, Restaurants & Dining, E-commerce and Leisure Services through websites like Mauritius Attractions, Deals.mu, Otayo.com, Restaurants.mu, Cinema.mu and Cine Sous Les Etoiles. 

Job Responsibilities

We are a fast-growing company and we need a qualified and capable person to work with us. You will mainly be responsible for the daily accounting tasks for the company.  

Other responsibilities include: 

• Helping with the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to company accounting and finance guidelines
• Helping with reviewing company expenses, payroll records, and others as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available when needed
• Prepare and submit periodic financial and accounting reports
• Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of finance and accounting records, reports.

Job Requirements

• Excellent organization skills
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures 
• Analytical skills
• Degree in accounting, finance or another relevant field
• Qualifications like ACCA, CPA and prior experience in finance are a plus
