ABZ Group is an innovative company based in Grand Baie, Mauritius that is involved in providing online services for a variety of markets including Travel, IT Solutions, Restaurants & Dining, E-commerce and Leisure Services through websites like Mauritius Attractions, Deals.mu, Otayo.com, Restaurants.mu, Cinema.mu and Cine Sous Les Etoiles. 

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibility as Travel Coordinator will be to communicate with clients in relation to a product or service provided on our Mauritius Attractions platform.

The responsibilities will include:

• Improve the overall client experience and engage with clients 
• Manage and resolve client issues
• Assist tourists in getting the best experience of the Island on a platform that offers online services for car rentals, airport transfers and bookings to visit various attractions in Mauritius.
• Keep accurate records and document client service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics of past engagements with clients and compile reports on trends noticed

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Logical thinking skills
• Prior travel planning and coordination experience will be considered a plus
