Job Responsibilities
The main responsibility in this position will be to communicate with clients in the context of the delivery of the platform, a powerful marketing tool for business owners, and to maintain the back end of the platform.

The responsibilities will include:

• Improve the overall customer experience and engage with customers
• Manage and resolve client issues
• Source events and dining deals for the restaurants.mu platform
• Operate the back-end of the platform by checking customer reviews, data input
• Follow up with and recruit customers for the platform to grow our customer base
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics of past engagements with clients and compile reports on trends
